We conceptualised a solution using our design skills & material knowledge to create a trophy using MDF with a veneer texture & laser cut to present a 2D frontage. For the base, we used teak wood & an imported sublimation plate for the text & logo matter delivered with a cavity thermacole with an outer 5ply black e-flute box. All done & delivered within the timelines set by the client.

We designed this trophy using a thick 18mm shape cut plaque painted jet black & embellished with mirrors to augment the overall look. We laser cut the Spartan warrior figure using acrylic & shimmer print in 2D as the main attraction of the trophy. A simple 3" stud ensured the plaque stood erect.
