Custom Made Team Excellence Trophy

"Many hands do light work!". These were the words of John Heywood. He was correct in every sense. A collaborative effort makes a task more manageable. A performing team is an essential aspect of an organization's growth and thus is the gesture of appreciating them. 

We designed and created an award for the performing teams. For this, we took inspiration from the proverb by Mr John Heywood, and finally, we ended up with a design with hands holding a crown. The crown denotes the organization held up high by the team.

How did we build it? Here is what we used and how we made it:

1. Firstly, we cast hands out of a mould. For this, we used resin as the material. After casting out the hands, we painted them in gold.
2. We used an MS sheet and laser cut to make a crown and plated it in gold.
3. Finally, we assembled the hands and the crown onto a premium white MDF base.
4. We printed the citations on a gold shimmer foil for branding purposes.
